    Class will identify signs of stress in adults and children. Individuals will learn to develop habits that reduce/eliminate stress.
    Successful completion of this class will earn attendees 1 Clock Hour credit.
    You must register online at www.moworkshopcalendar.org prior to attendance. Per Missouri Department of Health guidelines, children, ages 16 and under, are not allowed to attend this training.
