The St. Charles County Department of Public Health will close for the County-observed holiday. This includes all services provided at the department offices at 1650 Boones Lick Road in St. Charles, the Pet Adoption Center/Division of Humane Services at 4850 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, Recycle Works Central at 60 Triad South Drive in St. Charles, and Recycle Works West at 2110 East Pitman Avenue in Wentzville.
