1. What are the county’s long range plans and how will it impact abutting properties?

The County’s long range road plan includes various projects needed to reduce congestion and improve roadway safety. A copy of the County’s 3-year Transportation Improvement Plan, includes projects already approved for construction. The county’s Thoroughfare Plan provides a big picture view of projects that may be needed to support additional travel in St. Charles County due to the construction for new subdivisions, retail centers, and other attractions. Both plans are available on the Transportation page.
