St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Paul J. Murphy, 55, of St. Charles, who was found guilty by a jury in July for one count Involuntary Manslaughter 1st degree and three counts of Assault 2nd degree-operating a vehicle under the influence, was sentenced today to twelve years for the involuntary manslaughter and seven years for each count of assault 2nd.
