[ARCHIVED] Boudreau Sentenced to 25 years for Statutory Sodomy


St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar announces that Donald P. Boudreau, 69, of Pacific, MO, who plead guilty to four counts of statutory sodomy 1st degree and four counts statutory sodomy 2nd degree in May of 2016 was sentenced to a total of 25 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Boudreau was sentenced to 25 year for each count of statutory sodomy 1st and 7 years for each count of statutory sodomy 2nd. All eight counts are to run concurrent. The sentence for this charge requires Boudreau to serve eighty-five percent before being eligible for parole. Boudreau is subject to mandatory lifetime supervision and sex offender registration.

Charges arose in September 2011 when Boudreau victimized several children under the age of 14 while visiting their home in St. Charles County.

Sentencing was handed down by the Honorable Daniel Pelikan.
