St. Charles County, Missouri- The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Joseph G. McCulloch announces that on August 14, 2023, Trevon Gully, 18, of St. Charles was charged with Murder 2nd, Attempted Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action. On August 14, 2023, the Juvenile/Family Court ordered certification and did rule that the juvenile is to be transferred to the court for general jurisdiction for the purpose of prosecution.
Charges arose in February of 2023 when Gully along with a co-defendant met in the City of St. Charles to purchase marijuana and execute a planned robbery. A struggled ensued and the firearm discharged striking and killing the victim.

Gully is currently in custody and has a bond of $1,000,000.00. This matter is now pending before The Honorable Judge Jeffrey J. Sandcork.
