This is to give notice that on or after May 24, 2023, St. Charles County will submit a request to the Missouri Department of Economic Development for the release of Community Development Block Grant funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (PL 93-383), to undertake the Local Voluntary Buyout Project, and St. Charles County, MO, has concluded that the project will not result in any substantial impact on the human environment. Additional activities and/or sites will be considered during the course of the project or over years and will be environmentally reviewed to determine if the original Finding of No Significant Impact remains valid.
St. Charles County offers all interested citizens the opportunity to give written and/or verbal comments on public matters. All comments should be received post marked by May 24, 2023.
