Recycle Natural Christmas Trees with Recycle Works

Christmas tree branch

When the holiday season comes to an end, the St. Charles County Department of Public Health provides drop-off sites for natural Christmas trees at its Recycle Works locations in St. Charles and Wentzville. Recycled evergreens can serve as fish habitats in lakes, chipped wood paths along natural surface walking trails, mulch and more. Undecorated trees can be brought to both Recycle Works locations Dec. 27, 2022-Jan. 7, 2023 (except Jan. 1 and 2), between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For more information, call 636-949-1800.
