[ARCHIVED] Nov. 30, 2021 | Public Health Offers COVID Booster Vaccinations for those Ages 18+

The St. Charles County Department of Public Health is now authorized by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to administer booster doses for any authorized or approved COVID vaccine to individuals ages 18 or older who have completed the primary vaccination regimen.

Individuals are eligible to receive a booster dose if they have:

  • Received one dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least two months prior,
  • Received two doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine at least six months prior.

COVID-19 vaccinations are offered by the Department of Public Health at locations throughout St. Charles County at no charge to recipients. Individuals do not need to receive their booster vaccination at the same location they received their initial dose/doses, but they should bring along their personal COVID vaccination card or a photo copy of the card.

To schedule a vaccination appointment with the Department of Public Health, visit sccmo.org/COVIDvaccineSignUp or call St. Charles County’s COVID-19 Hotline at 636-949-1899 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
