May 21, 2020

St. Charles County, Missouri – In consideration of the safety and well-being of the community, St. Charles County Government, the St. Charles County Veterans Committee, and St. Charles City Veterans Commission will honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation through a Virtual Memorial Day Program at 1 p.m., Monday, May 25. The program will be available to watch on St. Charles County’s social media platforms and cable channel.

Filmed earlier this month at Veterans Tribute Park in Weldon Spring, the program includes welcome addresses by St. Charles County Councilwoman Nancy Schneider and City of St. Charles Mayor Dan Borgmeyer, remarks from City of Dardenne Prairie Mayor David Zucker, a roll call of departed veterans, and presentation of colors and wreath-laying ceremonies.

Viewers can watch the program at 1 p.m. on facebook.com/StCharlesCountyMo and youtube.com/SCCMOTV. The program also will air on Charter Spectrum Channel 993, tv.sccmo.org, and the St. Charles County Roku Channel (search for SCCMO-TV).
