The St. Charles County Planning & Zoning Commission has posted a revised agenda for its 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, meeting to encourage limited attendance in adherence to restrictions of gatherings of more than 50 people to protect citizens from the spread of COVID-19. The agenda is posted on the County’s website through the Planning & Zoning Commission webpage at sccmo.org/PlanningZoningCommission and items removed from the original agenda will be delayed until the April meeting.
County ordinances require requests for rezonings and conditional use permits be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission by the second scheduled meeting after submittal of a complete application. The three items on this agenda were postponed from February so they must be heard this month.
St. Charles County Government encourages interested residents to make any comments prior to the meeting by either calling 636-949-7250 or emailing planning@sccmo.org. Questions received by 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, will be included in decisions made at the meeting.
Those interested in watching the meeting live can do so by going to Charter Channel 993 or on our website at tv.sccmo.org.
