The Parks Department and the Astronomical Society of Eastern Missouri (ASEM) offer FREE educational stargazing programs every Friday night. Weather permitting, bring the family out to discover constellations and stars through complex telescopes at the unique Astronomy Viewing Area in the park. All are welcome! These public open houses can last a couple hours or more! Advanced registration requested for large groups. This fun stargazing program is perfect for organizations, Scouts, students, and individuals.
