We will accomplish this policy by:- Administering the harassment policy to address actions, limit allegations, educate employees on preventative measures, and raise awareness of potential acts.
- Promoting St. Charles County Government as an employer of choice by encouraging innovative recruiting methods and integrating into our local communities.
- Gathering and interpreting data to facilitate understanding of our affirmative action responsibilities in accordance with federal policies.
