Avoid crowds and save time. Those needing to make an appearance at St. Charles County Municipal Court can join a virtual queue from their mobile device using the free QLess app available to download at the Apple App Store and Google Play - just search for QLess.
QLess enhances customer experience by providing real-time status updates. Individuals have the option of waiting in their car or outdoors to avoid a crowded courtroom. Those without a mobile device, or opting not to use the app, should check in and seek assistance when they arrive at the Municipal Court building.

The Municipal Court is open to the public to process filings and accept fine payments. Defendants are strongly encouraged to continue paying fines online through Traffic Payment or Missouri Case.net, or by phone at 800-444-1187.
What to Expect When You Visit
Those needing to make a court appearance will need to join via the QLess app from their mobile device, or check in upon arrival at the Municipal Court building. Visitors will be required to undergo a COVID-19 health screening and temperature check to enter. Additionally, face coverings/masks will be requested and social distancing will be required. Court personnel will provide additional instruction to visitors if necessary.
Information regarding court dates is available online at Missouri Case.net. Please do not arrive for your court date earlier or later than the time assigned. Arriving early or late may require you to wait outside the building or at an alternative location. If possible, please do not bring others into court with you.

Court is normally held on the second to last or last Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6 p.m., and the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. or 2 p.m.
Please note that the court is closed for lunch 12-1 p.m., Monday-Friday.
