Maintenance Districts

The unincorporated areas of the county are divided into 4 maintenance districts, and maintenance operations for county roadways are performed from a satellite office located in each district.

Each of the district facilities is responsible for asphalt and concrete street repairs, drainage improvements, and mowing of the right-of-way within their respective district.

District Facilities

• The Central District facility, located at 2480 St. Peters Howell Road, covers county roads in the area roughly bounded by the Missouri River, Route 40/I-64, Highway K, and I-70. > Map (PDF)
• The Eastern District facility, located at 2550 Bethman Road, covers county roads in the area roughly bounded by the Missouri River, I-70, Highway C, and the Mississippi River. > Map (PDF)

Sign Department

The Sign Department, located at 3890 Greens Bottom Road, is responsible for roadway striping, traffic signal, and sign maintenance throughout the unincorporated areas of the county. > Map
