Purpose
The CDBG-funded Affordable Rental Program provides the private acquisition and rehabilitation of dwellings, which would be rented to income-qualified elderly, disabled or veterans at affordable rates. The residents of “St.Charles Urban County,” which includes the cities of St. Charles, St. Peters, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Weldon Spring, Augusta, St. Paul, Wentzville and unincorporated areas of St Charles County, are eligible to apply.
