PLEASE NOTE: The Department of Public Health has returned to its 1650 Boone's Lick Road office and is now open for limited appointments and public services. Due to staff commitments during the ongoing pandemic, the Division of Health Services has temporarily suspended operation of the Immunization and Health Services clinic. Those interested in visiting St. Charles County County buildings who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have a known exposure to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days should remain at home. Lab Services Available by Appointments

The services we offer are available to all who make an appointment. Please call us at 636-949-7484 to schedule a convenient time (Mondays through Fridays, except holidays) and to discuss what you should expect to occur during your visit. Please note:  Lab Services and the Health Services Clinic program are temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Titer Screening (Establishes Immunity Level)

Many contagious diseases have been managed by childhood vaccination efforts, but several of them including measles, mumps, pertussis (whooping cough) and varicella (chickenpox) have resurfaced as immunity levels decrease. To help individuals know if they are immune or require a booster for these and other preventable diseases, the Division of Health Services offers titer screening services.
