Health Services
The Division of Health Services works in cooperation with a variety of local, state and federal agencies to help St. Charles County remain as one of Missouri’s healthiest places to raise a family or operate a business.

Highway
The St. Charles County Highway Department maintains and improves existing public county roads, as well as constructs new roads, provides snow removal and oversight of the public right of way.

The Division of Humane Services shelters and adopts animals, educates pet owners, provides animal control services, and investigates incidents involving animal cruelty and neglect.

Parks & Recreation
The department's mission is to preserve natural and historic features in areas throughout the county for the use of future generations. Today, the department has 21 parks, of which 18 are open and three in reserve, totaling 4,349 acres of acquired park land. From historic homesteads to a skate park; from camping, hiking, biking, and fishing to weddings and educational classrooms, there’s something for everyone in St. Charles County Parks.
