  1. Basic Sanitation Certification Classes

    March 16, 2017, 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM @ Public Health (formerly Community Health & the Environment)

    Designed for owners and employees of area food service organizations, these certification classes will provide sanitation information for all food handlers. Anyone preparing, serving, transporting, warehousing, stocking, or handling food in any manner should complete this course. Participants must earn a score of 70 or higher on a 50-question final examination to become certified. Please recognize that class may be canceled or rescheduled if there is insufficient enrollment.

  2. Supporting Breastfeeding in Childcare

    March 16, 2017, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Public Health (formerly Community Health & the Environment)

    Open to St. Charles County-based child care providers, as well as parents and guardians of young children, this program will identify how to handle breast milk appropriately in a child care setting. It will discuss how caregivers can support breastfeeding families and how to be breastfeeding friendly for customers and employees. Interested participants must register using the link below (walk in guests will not be admitted). Paper training certificates will not be issued in 2017. *Please note that children under the age of 16 are not allowed to attend this training, per Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services guidelines.
