Bureau of Criminal Investigation

The primary function of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is to investigate reported violations of the laws established by the State of Missouri Revised Statues, which occurs within the jurisdiction of St. Charles County.  The Bureau of Criminal Investigations is responsible for assisting in and providing department resources for the gathering of both physical evidence and factual information required in identifying and apprehending offenders.
